Summer Corn and Tomato Salad

It’s #RVEasy 2 cups frozen corn, defrosted (or the equivalent canned or fresh)1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved2 green onions, finely sliced2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro1 teaspoon chili powder2 tablespoons maple syrup2 tablespoons rice vinegar1 teaspoon sesame oil Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
